Sellers — here’s what you MUST do before photos If you want your listing to look bright, clean, and “move-in ready” online, do this before the photographer arrives: Turn on every light (yes, even lamps) Open blinds / curtains to bring in natural light Clear counters (kitchen + bathrooms) Remove magnets/papers from the fridge Hide cords/chargers and anything that looks messy Add one plant per room (simple = better) CT homes photograph better when they feel open and bright — and better photos = more showings. DM me “PHOTOS” and I’ll send you the full prep checklist. — New Door Realty — Connecticut Real Estate We’re a full-service brokerage offering a 1% listing fee without cutting service. If you’re buying or selling in Connecticut (or Massachusetts), we’ll help you price right, market aggressively, and negotiate hard so you keep more money. NewDoorRealty.com DM me to buy/sell

The 1% fee is the listing fee. Other closing costs and any agreed buyer-broker compensation are separate.
